ONE WORD: BENDER

Just time to throw some words down quickly..have to stay up all night to catch the game at 10:00, and sitting at a computer does not interest me in the slightest right now.

Tak, yo..

Halloween was a raging success. We absolutely kicked ass and actually topped last year comfortably. The photos are coming. Not on this site of course, because I still live in the technological fucking stone age, but maybe at James'. I'll work on it. Should be a laugh.
He has already said some things about Halloween night (well basically what I was going to say really - but I will attempt to give an account from my side of the hockey mask soon, when I have the incentive..)

(Oh yeah, and maybe you can review that Supergrass gig while you're at it, Hamish??)

Ok.
Went there April 4. Where: Palac Akropolis. Crowd est: 300. Gig time: 2100. Gig length: 1hr15mins. Songs: all the oldies plus 3-4 new ones. HIGHlights: Sun Hits the Sky/Moving/Mansize Rooster/Richard III and another one I don't know the name of but plays ultra heavy. Band demeanour: friendly, relaxed and happy to be there. After gig highlights: conversing with Gaz Coombes on the stairs (ie: "Nice gig, Gaz - good one, mate." "Cheers man, enjoyed it tonight.") and getting beaned up just as the lights came on so I could stand and watch everyone scurrying round the empty arena like little mice. ..?
There we are. That makes me happier.

I haven't stopped for I cannot.

2o days and I love it. I love it. Bend it like Beckham, my arse.

It's good, Geoff,
but I'm not coming in to work tonight, oh no...

Later on/: the dangers of fireworks and alcohol examined, bmx chases across Zizkov, random acts, more random acts, the cross-dressing, the strap-ons, the Roxy nights, the mornings of full-moon eclipses over breakfast, running, passing, falling down and getting up again, birthday celebrations, singing Australian national songs and loving it, dandy in the underworld, and almost everything else./ News in full, stay tuned.

If I ever get back here again that is..we shall see.

Drift all you like
From ocean to ocean
Search the whole world
But drunken confessions
And hijacked affairs
Just make you more alone

If you come home
I'll bake you a cake
Made of all their eyes
I wish you could see me
Dressed for the kill
You're my man-o-war

The worms
will come
for you
Big Boots

Love from Hamish.
